Towanda High School will host Dr. Jarrod Spencer, a sports psychologist, speaker, and author, on October 22, 2025, for a special presentation on supporting youth athletes’ mental and physical health.

Athlete Session (Grades 7–12 Athletes/Coaches Only)

Topics include:
• Sleep: The #1 Factor in Mental Health and Performance
• The Mind of the Athlete
• The Mind of the Coach
➡️ Open to athletes only – this session is not open to parents or outside visitors during the school day.
